At Reliant Supported Accommodation CIC, we provide safe, secure, and supportive housing across the West Midlands to help vulnerable individuals live independently and with dignity.

We offer both support and supported housing services, but do not provide CQC-regulated care. Our focus is on stability, empowerment, and inclusion—helping people build confidence, connect with their communities, and create brighter futures.

About Us

Reliant Supported Accommodation CIC is a community interest company based in the West Midlands, dedicated to providing high-quality support and supported housing for individuals in need of safe and stable accommodation.

We work with local authorities, landlords, and community organisations to deliver homes that empower people to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Our support focuses on wellbeing, personal growth, and community inclusion — helping residents develop the skills and confidence to move forward positively.

While we provide meaningful support, we are not CQC-regulated and do not deliver CQC-regulated care services. Our role is to create safe environments and connect individuals with the right resources, ensuring they receive the guidance they need to thrive.
